Customers can ask for replacement or refund of any product for the following issues :

  • Color mismatch.

  • Defective (Cut or torn) or not as described.
  • Printing error.

  • Wrong size.

Conditions to return a product:

The customer must send a clear picture/image of the damaged product. Then Shangkhochil support team will check and confirm if it is eligible for replacement or not.

  • It is within 03 days from the delivery date.

  • The returned item must be unused & in its original condition with all tags & packaging intact.

  • It must not be washed in water or anything else.

  • If the product has a free item, you must have to return that also.

  • Change of mind is not acceptable.

How to return:

Contact TeesBD support team by emailing [email protected] within 03 days after receiving your order. Then Shangkhochil support team will
check and confirm if it is eligible for replacement or not.

Refund Policy :

  • If we can not replace then we will refund you.

  • The Cash-on-Delivery charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order.

  • For payments made using a Credit Card, Master Card, Shopping Card, Mobile Banking you will receive a refund in your respective account.
  • If there is some technical error with the online payment, then the payment will refund automatically.

  • You will receive the refund between 5-8 working days. If you don’t receive the refund within this time, please contact us here and we must investigate.
