Customers can ask for replacement or refund of any product for the following issues :
Conditions to return a product:
The customer must send a clear picture/image of the damaged product. Then Shangkhochil support team will check and confirm if it is eligible for replacement or not.
It is within 03 days from the delivery date.
The returned item must be unused & in its original condition with all tags & packaging intact.
It must not be washed in water or anything else.
If the product has a free item, you must have to return that also.
Change of mind is not acceptable.

check and confirm if it is eligible for replacement or not.
Refund Policy :
If we can not replace then we will refund you.
The Cash-on-Delivery charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order.
For payments made using a Credit Card, Master Card, Shopping Card, Mobile Banking you will receive a refund in your respective account.
If there is some technical error with the online payment, then the payment will refund automatically.
You will receive the refund between 5-8 working days. If you don’t receive the refund within this time, please contact us here and we must investigate.
